Baller Benefits Dental Savings Plan
If you are uninsured, you might want to consider our in-house annual dental savings plan called Baller Benefits. By paying an annual fee, you and your family will be entitled to:
- 2 Oral health exams
- 2 Basic cleanings
- 2 Desensitizing fluoride treatments(for children only)
- 2 Oral cancer screenings (for adults)
- 1 Emergency care visit
- Diagnostic and routine x-rays as needed (Pano and 3D's not included)
- 15% Off Any Treatment*
*Includes cosmetic and implant dentistry, Invisalign, and all restorative dentistry.
A periodontal maintenance plan may also be available for those who qualify.
The cost of Baller Benefits start at $365 a year...
- $365 for children (0-12 years old), fluoride included
- $475 Healthy Adult (2 cleanings), fluoride not included
- $890 Periodontal Care for Adult (4 cleanings), fluoride not included
